MEET YOUR INSPECTOR
William S. Moore (Bill)

I am a sixth generation Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. My Grandfather, W. H. Moore and my Father, Eugene D. Moore, Sr., were both homebuilders in San Antonio. I was raised in a construction family. My first job was mowing grass and pulling weeds at finished homes they had for sale. Over the years, I performed all jobs that were related to building a new home. I worked for my Father from 1970 until his death in 1978. At that time, I went into the construction business with my older brother, and I later started my own construction business in 1980. I got my inspector's license in 1989 and have been inspecting ever since.
I tell you this so you will know where I learned my construction from. I did not just take a course and pass a test to become an inspector. I learned everything from practical, hands-on experience. This is what helps me do the best job I can when inspecting your new home.
Some people buy a property with the intention of adding on, or remodeling the existing house. I can tell you before you buy the property if your plans are workable. Once you have already bought the house, it's too late to find out it can never be like you really wanted.
We inspect your new home and prefer that you attend the inspection. If any issues come up, we can visit and I can completely fill you in and explain any positives or negatives while we are there. I use a computerized report and include digital pictures which leave no room for misunderstandings. A picture is worth a thousand words. I email all reports to all interested parties within a maximum of 24 hours - usually 12. I am on-call anytime to answer any questions you might have concerning the report.
For more than three decades I have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From your first contact with me through the inspection delivery and report explanation, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism. I look forward to meeting and serving you at your home inspection.
